$100,000 Opportunity for
The Peter Jay Sharp Foundation has offered The Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools a $50,000 Challenge Grant. They will match every dollar received up to $50,000 until March 31, 2014. This could potentially give our schools $100,000!
We need your help to match the full $50,000!
Until March 31, 2014, your donation will have twice the impact!
The Foundation for MERS along with The Peter Jay Sharp Foundation and the MERS District administrators have identified four areas of focus for these funds:
Digital Conversion Initiative – Bringing 21st century technology to our students.
Music is Instrumental – Ensuring that all students have instruments available for instruction.
Piano Lab Project – Providing elementary schools with state of the art digital piano labs.
Summer Program – Scholarship program for students to improve math and language arts skills.
If you send a gift of $25, it will be matched with another $25 and become $50. A gift of $100 will double in value to $200. And if you can possibly contribute more, that amount will be doubled as well.
If your employer has a corporate matching program, we will be glad to fill out all the necessary paperwork.
All donations must be received by March 31, 2014 for this challenge grant!!
